1907 (30 Jan) Cover to HULL (England), franked 10k 1902-05 issue on reverse and cancelled URGA Type 4 with another impression on front. Part of HULL cds torn was away. Use of this 10k stamp is exceptional and very rare.

Use of this 10k stamp is exceptional. Evidently stamps of this design (1889-92 and 1902-05 issues) were not supplied to the Mongolian offices, time the 10k rate was normally made up by 7k + 3k or 2 x 5k. The stamp was probably supplied by the sender.
