Company and Customer service.

Oldlouis Auctions auction house is constantly held online auctions of rare and valuable stamps, covers, and other philatelic material since 2018. We are the only auction house in the world where all lots are auctioned with a $1 starting price. Our main office is placed in the United States (Huntersville, NC).

We are available Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are days-off. Questions asked on Friday after 4 pm will be answered on the next business day, which is generally the following Monday. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any problems.

Payment terms and methods.

1. Payment must be made within 1 month after finishing all sessions of each auction. We will send an invoice at the end of all sessions of the auction, but if you finish your purchases before feel free to ask for the invoice.

2. You can pay online by PayPal or Credit card through the oldbid.com certified payment system.

3. Buyer's commission of 15% will be added to the hammer price of each lot.

4. We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer

- PayPal (4-5% fee)

- Credit cards (3% fee)

- Zelle

- Checks, Money Orders, Cash

- Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.

Shipping of purchased items

1. We combine shipping and ship any number of lots in one package. The cost of international shipping of large lots like collections, sheets, or covers is higher and depends on package size and weight.

2. The items will be shipped to you within 5 working days after receiving a payment.

3. Shipping is carried out from our office in the United States.

4. If your shipping address is different from the one specified in your user account at oldbid.com, please notify us about it before your order shipping.

Items description, Bids, Returns

1. Please make sure you read item descriptions carefully. Obvious damage and defects, which can’t be observed from the scans or photos provided, are listed in the description section (except for items with canceled/used stamps).

2. If you want to return a non-as-described item, we will immediately issue a full refund. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any problems.

2a. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it for a refund minus shipping.

3. In the description of lots with a collection of stamps or stock of stamps, we do not describe the condition of each stamp, as well as the defects of each stamp. Expect mixed condition of stamps unless otherwise indicated.

4. If you place your bids at our auction using other online philatelic platforms (like SAN, PS), we will create an account for you at oldbid.com to transfer such bids on your behalf. All bids up to $25 transferred from other platforms immediately become the current price of the lots if not outbid, ignoring the auction bid increment step due to the technical features of the system. Such bids change the current price of the lot to the value of the transferred bid.

Аукционный дом Oldlouis Auctions начиная с 20018 года регулярно проводит онлайн аукционы на которых предлагаются редкие и ценные марки, конверты, карточки, а также другой филателистический материал. Мы единственный в мире аукционный дом, на аукционах которого все лоты выставляются со стартовой ценой 1$. Наш главный офис находятся в США (Хантерсвилл, Северная Каролина).

На сообщения можем ответить только в рабочие дни, суббота и воскресенье - выходные. Поэтому на сообщения, заданные с пятницы после 16:00 сможем Вам ответить только в понедельник.

Описание материала и Возврат:

1. Внимательно смотрите фотографии или сканы лотов, а также читайте описание. Все значительные дефекты, которые нельзя увидеть на предоставленных сканах или фотографиях, указываются в описании лотов (кроме лотов с гашеными марками).

2. В лотах с подборками и коллекциями марок мы не описываем состояние и дефекты каждой марки. Ожидайте смешанное состояние марок, если не указано другое.

3. Если вы хотите вернуть товар, не соответствующий описанию, мы немедленно вернем вам деньги в полном объеме. Свяжитесь с нами напрямую если у вас возникли какие либо проблемы.

Сроки и способы оплаты покупок.

1. Оплата производится по окончании всех торговых сессий номерного аукциона. Счет должен быть оплачен в течении 30 дней после получения.

2. Оплатить выигранные лоты можно онлайн с помощью кредитной карты через сертифицированную систему приема платежей oldbid.com. Также мы принимаем PayPal и другие способы оплаты.

3. Комиссия покупателя в размере 15% будет добавлена к цене продажи каждого лота.

4. Принимаемые способы оплаты:

- Банковский перевод

- PayPal (+5% комиссия СНГ)

- Кредитные карты (+3% комиссия)

- Интернет переводы: ЮMoney - Яндекс Деньги (+3% комиссия)

Отправка заказов.

1. Мы комбинируем отправку и отправляем любое количество лотов в одной посылке. Стоимость отправки больших лотов (коллекции, альбомы, конверты, карточки, листы и т. д.) зависит от размера и веса посылки.

2. Лоты высылаются в течении 5 рабочих дней после получения оплаты.

3. Отправка заказов осуществляется из нашего офиса в США.

4. Если адрес доставки отличается от адреса, указанного в вашем профиле на сайте oldbid.com, сообщите пожалуйста об этом в сообщении об оплате.
